Simple. In addition to the free leads provided by HST which are great warm leads - HST also awards agents "Exclusive Lead Credits" that they will receive after every single commissionable app that is submitted. Example: If an agent sells a family a UHC Health Insurance plan along with a Dental & Critical Illness bundle - any app that is over just $25 will allow the agent to be awarded (3) separate Exclusive Lead Credits that range from $5 - $75 per app!
