PAYDAYS

• Saturdays: Commissions

• Tuesdays: Bonus/Spiffs

DAILY LEAD CREDIT

• Agents receive $5 - $75 in Lead Credits for commissionable products per app. Agents must input their sales into HST Leadmaster or Top Broker in order to receive Lead Credit. Example - if you sold a UHC STM, Dental & Vision - each app needs to be logged in the Clients Profile individually as (3) separate apps. Make sure to write down the policy prices when making sales in order to have that information on hand to log in your sales. Exclusive Lead credits will become available immediately once submitted. If you log in to HST Leadmaster, you will see your available Lead Credit on the Top of the page.

• NatGen CLS Trifecta Bonus: 3 products = additional 50 credits (excludes group)

WEEKLY SPIFFS

You are eligible to receive this bonus weekly during your Rookie Year:

• 9 apps submitted: Receive an HST $100 bonus

• 12 apps submitted: Receive an HST $200 bonus

• 15 apps submitted: Receive an HST $300 bonus

SUPERSTART BONUS

Write 40 applications in 3 months and get: $500 cash, & $500 lead credits.

PARTNER BONUIS

Agents receive a $10,000 Partner Check after issuing $1M in business with HST.
